German Mauser C96 Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster, #289732, .30 Mauser cal., 5.5'' barrel, blued finish, grooved hardwood grips, inverted-''V'' front sight, and adjustable tangent rear sight with ''V''-notch; graduated to 1000 meters. The reproduction brown pebbled leather holster is ink stamped ''MADE IN ARGENTINA''. Holster is in excellent condition, showing light use. Pistol is marked ''WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER/OBERNDORF A.NECKAR'' on right side of the frame and ''WAFFENFABRIK/MAUSER/OBERNDORF A/N'' on top of the chamber. There is a ''(Crown)U'' stamp on the cocking piece; ''NS' on the hammer. Condition overall is very good, retaining approx. 70%-75% thinning and toning blue, balance with gray/brown patina. Grips are very good with light scratches and handling marks. Action operates smoothly. Bore rates good with light frosting and defined rifling. Est.: $1,200-$1,500. (C&R/PPT)
