U.S. I.B.M. Corp M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine, #3811980, .30 carbine cal., 18'' barrel, black oxide finish, walnut stock, blade front sight with ears, and adjustable rear peep sight. The carbine was post-war updated with an adjustable sight, bayonet lug, and refinished with black oxide. Receiver is marked ''I.B.M. CORP/3811980''. Rifle is in fine overall condition. Black oxide finish is near excellent throughout, except the buttplate is worn. Stock is unmarked and in very good condition, with mostly light handling marks, and a few larger impressions to left side of the forend. Action works properly. Barrel is marked ''I.B.M. CORP'', with a very good bore and sharp rifling. No visible import marks. Est.: $800-$1,200. (C&R/PPT)
