Colt U.S. Army Model 1917 Double Action Revolver, #112336, .45 ACP cal., 5.5'' barrel, blued finish, walnut grips, standard blade front sight and grooved rear sight. Made in 1918. Receiver has ''(Rampant Colt)'' and ''(Eagle)/S20'' on the left side, with ''U.S./ARMY/MODEL/1917 No. /112336'' on the butt. Receiver and crane are both marked ''261253''. Barrel is marked ''COLT'S PT. FA. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A.'' over the patent dates on top, ''UNITED STATES PROPERTY'' on the bottom, and ''COLT DA .45'' on the left side. Revolver is in fine condition. Original blue is approx. 95%+, with a faint drag line on the cylinder. Grips are very good, showing moderate age and wear. Action works properly and locks up tight in firing position. Bore is very good with sharp rifling. Est.: $1,800-$2,400. (C&R/PPT)
