Smith & Wesson K22 Masterpiece Pre-Model 17 Double Action Revolver, #K37114, .22 LR cal., 6'' pinned barrel, blue finish, checkered diamond center Magna walnut grips with S&W medallions, Patridge front and micro-adjustable square-notch rear sight, with color case hardened hammer and trigger. Includes gold/blue S&W factory two-piece box with correct end label, instruction manual, mop, brush, and cleaning rod. Box is in good condition with muted finish, scrapes, and scuffs; all the metal reinforced corners are intact. Mfg'd 1948. Revolver is in excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 97%-98% toning factory finish, with light storage marks, modest leading edgewear, and faint index line on the cylinder. Grips are in near excellent condition with sharp checkering detail, stamped with the matching serial number on the interior of the right panel. Actions functions well and locks up securely.
