Jules Lwanczk Engraved Belgian Browning SA-22 Grade II Semi-Automatic Rifle, #70T45991, .22 LR cal., 19-3/8'' blued barrel, with engraved French gray receiver; finely checkered, highly figured, gloss finished walnut pistol grip stock and forend. Rifle also features a dovetailed brass bead blade front sight, notched folding rear sight, and gold colored trigger. Marked ''MADE IN BELGIUM'' on the left side of the barrel. Receiver was factory engraved by master engraver Jules Lwanczk, with game scenes on both sides and top of the receiver, surrounded by floral scroll engraving; signed on top with engravers initial ''JL''. Mfg'd 1970. Includes a Browning Naugahyde luggage case with two (2) keys. Rifle is in excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 99% factory blue. There are a few very minor specks of darkening on the lower left edge of the receiver, as well as mild dark spotting on the lower left edged of the breechblock finger piece. Buttstock with beautiful figure, crisp checkering, and only a few very minor handling marks. No salt wood damage. Action functions smoothly. Bore is bright with defined rifling.
