Blued parts retain approx. 97% finish; trigger guard having been refinished. Frame retains approx. 90% of an old re-case hardened finish, showing evidence of polishing at the top of the frame; L.C. Smith on both sides are a little light. Handling wear to bottom of the frame accounts for most the finish loss and there are a few spots of patina to the left side. Wood with intermittent handling marks and a few light scratches. Action closes very tight and functions perfectly; bores are bright. This is a quick handling gun for upland bird hunting.
