Browning Sporting Clays Model B125 Over/Under Shotgun with ''C'' Style Engraving by Master Engraver Angelo Bee, #252NM16519, 12 ga., 28'' superposed barrels have a milled 1/2'' wide vent rib with target beads, 2-3/4'' chambers that have been lengthened to 3-1/4'' and are fitted for choke tubes. The gun comes complete with six (6) Kolar full-length sub-bore tubes for 20, 28, and .410 bore applications; and twelve (12) additional choke tubes, almost all are Winchester Winchoke. The boxlock action uses a solid underlug lockup, and features a single selective mechanical trigger, non-automatic safety, and selective ejectors. The receiver, forend iron, opening handle and trigger guard with long tang are all coin finished with extensive scroll engraving and gold lined inlays for border marking, and two game scenes; rising pheasants on the left hand side, and rising ducks on the right. All engraving is executed by master engraver Angelo Bee and signed on the left side ''A. BEE''. Additionally, the trigger guard bow also features gold relief engraved initials ''GSB''. The slender Schnabel forend and flat knob buttstock with Joseph Shiosaki air cushion recoil reducer, matching the satin finished ''C'' grade walnut stock, with thorough checkering at 24 LPI, and finished with a Pachmayr ''Old English'' recoil pad. Stock dimensions are 13-1/4'' x 1-1/2'' x 1-7/8''. All gun items including chokes, tools for insertion and extracting, and other items are contained in a solid ''Americase'' metal hard case. Gun was completed by FN in Belgium for Browning in 1990. Condition of the gun and all its components are excellent, with only a few minor marks to the wood. Barrels retain approx. 97% factory blue, with light wear to the bottom barrel, in front of the forend; a few minor marks along the edge of the ventilated rib. Receiver and superposed action are in perfect working order and maintain a mechanical trigger to ensure positive ignition for small bore tubes when they are fitted. Receiver finish is quite attractive and shows only slight wear and handling marks. Action itself functions perfectly, and the bores on all barrels are bright. Est.: $3,500-$4,500. (Modern)
