West German Colt Sauer Bolt Action Rifle, #CR24479, .30-06 cal., 24'' barrel, polished blue finish; finely checkered deluxe American walnut one-piece Monte Carlo stock with rosewood forend tip, grip cap with Rampant Colt inlay, sling swivels with black leather sling, ending with a black Colt/Sauer ventilated rubber recoil pad, providing a 13.75'' LOP. There is no provision for sights. Includes one detachable Colt 4-round blue steel magazine. Marked ''Made in W. Germany / by J.P. Sauer & Sohn'' on right side of the receiver, with German proofs. Bolt is stamped with matching serial number. Topped with Buehler two-piece bases, rings, and Leupold M8-4X fixed power scope, with gloss black finish and duplex reticle. Scope is in excellent condition with clear, bright optics. Rifle is in excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 98%-99% factory finish, with only minor handling marks. Stock is excellent, with light storage marks, displaying attractive figure and mineral streaking in the buttstock. Action is smooth with a crisp trigger.
