Sako L46 Riihimaki Bolt Action Rifle, #31572, .222 Rem. cal., 24'' barrel, blue finish; checkered walnut one-piece pistol grip stock with sling swivels, pancake cheekpiece, ending with a ribbed composition Sako buttplate, providing a 13.5'' LOP. Rifle also features a hooded ramped blade front sight, no rear sight, detachable factory three-round blue steel magazine, and double square bridge. Marked ''MADE IN FINLAND'' on right side of the front ring. Bolt with matching serial number. Mfg'd 1956. Rifle is topped with Redfield two-piece bases, rings, and Bushnell 4-12x40mm scope, finished in matte black, with lens covers, and duplex reticle. Scope rates near excellent overall with clear, bright optics. Rifle is in fine overall condition, retaining approx. 94%-95% factory blue, with light wear at the muzzle, areas of thinning finish and minor scuffs along the barrel; light wear to the receiver. There are a few spots of mild corrosion on the trigger guard/floorplate. Stock with scattered light indentations and impressions. Action is smooth. Bore is near excellent with sharp rifling.
