Custom BRNO Model ZKW 465 Bolt Action Sporting Rifle, #14223, .22 Hornet cal., 22.75'' barrel, blue finish; custom finely skipline checkered deluxe inlaid walnut one-piece Monte Carlo stock with an ebony forend tip, grip cap, and ventilated rubber recoil pad, providing a 13.5'' LOP to the front trigger. Sights include a hooded blade front and folding two-leaf rear sights. Rifle also features integral double square bridge mounts, jeweled bolt, gold embossed and engraved trigger guard, double-set triggers, and detachable 5-round magazine. Factory markings are clear, with Czech proofs and acceptance marks on the left side of the barrel and receiver, dated 1949. Topped with Stith rings and a Kollmorgan Bear Cub fixed 6X rifle scope, finished in gloss black, with a fine crosshair reticle. There are some light marks visible on outside of the scope; optics are clear. Includes an extra gold embossed, engraved 5-round magazine, and neoprene scope cover. Rifle is in near excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 96%-97% toning finish, with minor marks and light scuffs along the barrel, modest edgewear, and handling marks to the receiver. Trigger guard and magazine show moderate edgewear. Stock is near excellent, with sharp fleur-de-lis checkering. Action functions smoothly and double-set triggers work properly.
