Colt 1st Generation Single Action Army Revolver, #314336, .41 Colt cal., 4.75'' barrel, blue with color case hardened frame and hammer, checkered hard rubber Colt two-piece grips, blade front sight, and fixed square-notch rear sight. Mfg'd 1910. Includes USFA factory box with an extra cylinder chambered in .38-40 cal. Revolver is in excellent overall condition as refinished. Per the consignor, the revolver was refinished at USFA, using Turnbull for the color case hardening. Frame and hammer display strong color case hardened finish. Grips are in excellent condition, with sharp checkering detail and crisp Colt monograms. Interior of both grips are correctly marked with the last four digits of the serial number. Action is crisp with four distinct clicks. Bright bore is near excellent, with defined rifling. Est.: $2,500-$3,500. (C&R/PPT)
