Scarce Marlin Model 1895 LTD I Lever Action Rifle, #DFC00010, .45-70 cal., 24'' ''JM'' marked octagon to round barrel, blue finish; smooth walnut forend and straight grip stock with Marlin ''Bullseye'', ending with a checkered Marlin plastic buttplate, providing a 13.25'' LOP. Marbles factory dovetailed brass tipped blade front and buckhorn rear sight; factory drilled and tapped receiver. Includes the factory cardboard box with Styrofoam insert and matching end label, containing instructions, warranty card, congratulations letter, and associated packaging materials. Mfg'd 1997 for Davidson's and limited in production to 1,001 rifles. Rifle is as new in the factory box and appears unfired. Factory lettering is sharp. Stock with desirable straight grain figure.
