Iron Fish Distillery has donated an estate tour led by their chief spirit guide for up to 6 people. The tour will start on the east patio with a tasting and history of the farm. This tour gives an overview of the gin and whiskey categories with an explanation of color, nose, body, and finish while exploring the largest rickhouse. Lastly, you’ll compare the taste of two barrel finished whiskeys drawn directly from barrels selected for this occasion. Each person leaves with a 200 mL bottle from their favorite barrel and Glencairn glass from this unique experience. The SCI Detroit Chapter also included a $200 Airbnb certificate.
