6-Day Black Bear and Fishing Trip for 1 hunter with Sherwood Outfitters in Northeastern Alberta
This is a 2 on 1 hunt for 1- hunter. The hunter will have the opportunity to harvest two bears. Bear hunting is conducted over baits. Sherwood Outfitters targets big mature boars in the 6 foot plus range. Hunter can expect to see numerous bears. Sherwood Outfitters hunting area has all color phases of the black bear species and takes an astonishing number of colored bears every year. With the hunter having a 2-bear limit, the chanced are doubled for taking a real trophy black bear. Success rate on the first bear has typically been 100%. Wolf and Coyote will be hunted as animals of opportunity. Expect a very high success rate on excellent bears.
Hunter will be staying in a remote camp in our tent/cabins complete with cots and woodstoves for heat. A shower will be available as well. The kitchen will be the central point of the camp and will be run by our accomplished cooking staff.
When not hunting bears, there will be incredible opportunities to fish for Pike and Walleye.
Hunt dates to be scheduled with Outfitter May of 2026.
Additional hunter is welcome for $5,500.00 and to be scheduled with outfitter.
Included in the hunt:
• Meals and lodging during the hunt
• Transportation to and from Edmonton, Alberta
• Guide services and preparation of trophies for travel.
Not included:
• Airfare to and from Edmonton, Alberta
• Taxidermy and shipping of trophies and meat
• Personal item including alcohol, tobacco ect.
• Accommodation before and after the hunt
• Hunting license
• Tags
• Fishing license
• Gratuities
