Condition 9/10 - Barrel has been changed for longer one in order to get gun classified as Restricted
and not Prohib.

Due to Government restrictions handguns can no longer be sold within Canada to
any individual unless you meet certain exemption criteria.

If you are a firearms business or an out-of-country bidder (you must contact an exporting
service before bidding and pay their fees and provide proof of service), or have the
Exemption authorization issued by CFO then you may purchase the full Firearm.
Proof of these exemptions must be provided prior to us transfering the firearm.

If you are an individual that has a PAL (or RPAL) then you will be able to buy this
firearms parts. That is all parts EXCLUDING the Receiver / Slide (the part that has
the serial number on it) can be purchased.

We will charge a fee of $60.00 to dismantle the gun. This is over and above the
regular auction fees.
