Lot 6 Handmade Custom Call Cabinet by Redmist Displays, Hand Painted by Dustin Dattilio
The only custom-built call cabinet of its kind! The beautiful cabinet was built this week during the sport show in Mark Hughes’ booth and was custom painted by renowned artist and huge NWTF supporter Dustin Dattilio. To make this cabinet a must-have for turkey hunters, included are a collection of four calls all numbered No. 6 made to honor the late, great Bob Dixon. The calls have been housed in our museum in Edgefield, South Carolina, and include a Primos Boat Paddle, MAD Push Pin, Mossy Oak Box Call and a WoodHaven Custom Box Call. In addition to this set, also included are two calls made by the legendary Neil “Gobbler” Cost. Each call is signed and describes what the call is made of by Neil and paired with a copy of Neil’s trifold pamphlet Turkey Talk, “Using the Box Call,” and a handwritten note by Dick Rosenleib describing how the calls were donated to the NWTF. If you thought the collection couldn’t get any better, think again. If you can dream it up, Redmist Displays can build it! Mark Hughes, owner of Red Mist Displays out of Auburndale, Florida, has built several custom cabinets for the coveted Fox and Bob Dixon vests. He has also designed personal display cabinets for Daniel Haas of Mossy Oak, “The Turkey Man” Eddie Salter, Spence Halford of Rolling Thunder Game Calls, country music artist Dylan Marlow, Hunter Farrior and Austin Sills of Spring Legion, and other well-known turkey enthusiasts.
