4-1/2" diameter bagel shaped flask has central bone ring, turned wooden spout and spring loaded lever cap. Turned burl walnut body is inlaid with circular brass wire decoration offset by contrasting wood and mother-of-pearl dots of varying sizes reminiscent of decoration found on many wheellock guns. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: copy of Hermann Historica auction listing with sales price of $3,400. CONDITION: good to very good with old finish. Carrying strap and spring for lever cap replaced.
