Lot 4453 A LATE VICTORIAN SET OF MINIATURE ARMOR ON STAND.

This armor measures approx 24" in height and is set on a 2" wooden stand. It has a closed helmet with fully articulated hinged and riveted joints and is made virtually exactly like a full size set of armor in 1/3 scale. The armor is complete with leg and arm protection as well as articulated gauntlets. There is a sword included of the correct scale to display with this exceptionally well made armor. CONDITION: armor generally has a light gray patina with some scattered oxidized areas. All hinges appear to function and plates seem to move freely. PROVENANCE: Estate Collection of Nicholas Apergis.
