^Lot 4422 COMPOSITE SWEPT HILT BROAD SWORD SWORD.

Overall length 46" with 38" blade with lightly rounded central ridge and exposed tang. The hilt comprises of a straight flattened bar crossguard with pierced flared tips that branches into a floating knuckle bow. A loop guard branches from the floating tip of the knuckle bow into an open side ring. Two arms extend from the crossguard with branching counter guards. Grip section has replacement wire wrap with turkish knots and terminates with a fluted pommel. CONDITION: Metal surfaces have a mottled grey patina.
