Cal. 31. S# 39682. Attractive 6" Colt pocket revolver was made in 1852. Standard configuration with two-line New York City address with brackets, small "COLTS PATENT" on left side of frame, mounted with varnished walnut grips. CONDITION: very good overall, all matching serial numbers, good "stagecoach robbery" rolled cylinder, all 5 functional safety pins, good discernible markings throughout. Grips have chipped toe on left side. Mechanics are crisp, with good rifled bore. PROVENANCE: Estate Collection of Nicholas Apergis. (01-27534/JS). ANTIQUE. $800-1,200.
