Cal. 32 RF. S# 2487. Bbl. 2". Factory metallic cartridge conversion Rider double action pistol mfg. by Remington. Top flat of the octagonal bbl. is marked "REMINGTON'S ILION. N.Y.". Underside of butt is lightly etched with an apparent name. Metal components exhibit a nickel plated finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered brown hard rubber grips. Fixed post front sight with V-notch rear sight on frame. Rear of cyl. features a removable plate, allowing usage with both metallic and percussion cartridges. Matching numbers are present on the frame, bbl., as well as on the interior of the grip panels. Cyl. and cyl. plate are numbered "1179" on the rear. CONDITION: metal components retain the vast majority of their original factory nickel plated finish, showing scattered scratches, and superficial handling marks, with a few spots of light bubbling and flaking. Bright bore, exhibiting light pitting and a patch of dark moderate pitting, while retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics in SA and DA modes.
