Cal 32-20. S#. 12628. Bbl. 26" tapered round with blade front and elevator adj. sporting rear sight. Full length tubular mag. Blue finish. Left side of the receiver has the rampant colt marking. Two piece checkered walnut forend and straight grip stock with crescent steel buttplate. 1885 mfg. CONDITION: metal finish has a faded brown appearance with spots of light pitting. The front portion of the receiver shows some dents on both sides. ThE forend shows wear and handling marks with cracks extending from the rear edge. The left panel has poorly recut checkering. Sanded & refinished stock is cracked thru the left wrist with chips around the top tang. Sound mechanics. the bore is generally bright with sound rifling.
