Cal. 30 WCF. S# 1147619. Mfg. 1937. Bbl. 20" Rd with hooded bead front sight dovetailed into a stippled short ramp. Elevator adjustable sporting rear sight. 2/3 mag. Smooth pistol grip walnut stock set with checkered steel buttplate. CONDITION: overall good. Bbl retains 95% original bluing with scattered moderate freckled oxidation running the full length of the bbl. and portions of the receiver. Receiver finish is flaking with approx 50% of the original blue remaining. The balance of the exposed metal surfaces have changed to an brownish patina. Stock set shows light sanding with a moderate amount of light handling marks and some heavier scratches and dings. Bore shows light frosting with sharp rifling and some mild pitting. (25-1335/ZAL).
