Lower tang marked "R11" under stock. Checkered pistol grip walnut stock that terminates with checkered steel buttplate and Winchester Repeating Arms hard rubber buttplate. Top tang channel of the stock is marked " L103". Factory mounted butt and nosecap sling eyes with QD sling swivels and George Lawrence leather rifle sling. CONDITION: overall very good. Bbl has some thinning finish towards the muzzle with a small patch of touch up blue and scattered handling marks and scattered light freckled oxidation. Receiver is very fine with over 90% original finish coverage that has some thinning finish in the carry areas that has turned to a brown patina and scattered light freckled oxidation. Stock set is very nice with only a few scattered handling marks and good checkering that has light wear to the high points. Bright shiny bore with sharp rifling. (25-1331/ZAL). CURIO. $1,000-2,000.
