LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 30 WCF (30-30). S# 10588. Bbl. 24" tapered rnd. Ramp mounted Lyman bead front sight with flat top sporting rear sight and Marbles combination tang sight. Half length takedown mag. Blue finish. Walnut forearm and straight grip stock with grooved flat steel buttplate. Mfg. in 1929. CONDITION: typically found with flaked receiver finish due to the high nickel content of the time period, this nice example retains over 75% original blue, showing carry and edge wear with spots of flaking and handling marks.
