Cal. 30-30. S# 1194389. Bbl. 20". Model 94 lever action carbine mfg. by Winchester in 1939. Left side of the bbl. is marked with the model and cal. designations, with Winchester's mfg. information marked on the right. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Plain wood forearm and straight grip stock with grooved steel buttplate. Ramped aluminum beaded blade front sight with dovetailed U-notch rear sight. CONDITION: metal components retain large amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting areas of wear and thinning that are fading to gray patina, with areas of light surface oxidation and pitting present overall. Buttplate exhibits patches of mild oxidation. Near mirror bore, exhibiting some scattered spots of light to mild pitting, while retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics.
