Cal. 38-55. S# 427927. Bbl 26" round with sporting sights. Button magazine. Blue finish. Walnut forearm and straight grip stock and crescent steel buttplate. Mfg. 1908. CONDITION: 80% dull lightly faded bbl blue with spotted corrosion. Action has largely faded to gray showing spotted corrosion. Wood has worn finish with scratches, marks and light dents. Stock has small chips around the lower tang. Sound action. Bore has a slightly darkened appearance with worn rifling and very light pitting. (25-5498/DS). CURIO. $1,000-1,500.
