^Lot 2690 6 BRITISH STYLE HARD GUN CASES.

1) Leather case with brass corners; lined in green cloth. Top embossed "WH. HARLEY" "MIAMI FLA". SIZE: for 26" barrel gun. CONDITION: fair to good. Leather conserved with many rubs and marks. Straps fair to good; handle partially detached. 2) Leather trimmed canvas case with added exterior leather panels with brass tacks. Central panel on top with added brass British royal crest. Interior is lined in green cloth and has Joseph Lang label in lid. SIZE: Interior is presently configured for 28" barrel gun will except 30". CONDITION: good as conserved exterior attractively enhanced. Straps and handle are good. Interior cloth is stained, marked and rubbed through. Label is fair; chipped around edges and with loss of top grain. 3) Leather "VC" case with stitched leather corners marked Abercrombie & Fitch. Interior is lined in burgundy cloth. SIZE: configured for 26" barrel. Case contains 3 cleaning mops. CONDITION: fair to good. Leather considerably worn on exterior; has been oiled. Interior cloth good; lost of soiling and contact marks. Replaced handle is good. 4) American leather 2 gun case with lift out interior tray is lined in green cloth. A William Schaefer label is in lid. SIZE: configured for 31" barrels. CONDITION: poor to fair. Leather very dry; chipped and with major losses. Handle missing. Lid partially detached. Interior cloth is good. Partitions are loose and there are some rubs through. Label is good with chips around edge; rubbed through at bottom left. Lightly foxed. 5) European style leather case by Universal is lined in reddish cloth and has Abercrombie & Fitch label in lid. Case contains straps. SIZE: configured for 30" barrels. CONDITION: good. Exterior with dark polish. Interior is good. Handle is good. 6) Leather case with 2 brass corners and central medallion is embossed "JHG" on top. Interior is lined in blue-green cloth and has large Holland & Holland label in lid, along with charge card for Royal Hammerless Ejector gun number 29346 in right corner. Upper left has instruction card for AB ejector. SIZE: case is configured for 30" barrels. CONDITION: good to very good. Exterior leather polished. Straps and handles are good. Interior cloth is very good to fine. Partitions are tight. Barrel partitions moved. Labels are good to fine. Lightly foxed and soiled. Large label has a minor rub through.
