Mold is marked on top "COLT'S PATENT". CONDITION: mold has been cleaned. Shows wear and tool marks. / No.2: 28 caliber. Brass double-cavity mold with steel cutoff. Casts one round ball and one pointed bullet. CONDITION: mold has been cleaned, showing moderate wear and handling marks. / No.3: 31 caliber. Brass double-cavity mold. Casts one round ball and one pointed bullet. Mold is marked on top "COLT'S PATENT". CONDITION: mold has wear with tool and handling marks, retaining a pleasing patina. / No.4: 31 caliber. Brass double-cavity mold. Casts one conical and one round ball. Mold is marked on top with faint "COLT'S PATENT". CONDITION: mold is worn with numerous tool marks, turning patina. / No.5: 31 caliber. Steel double-cavity mold with cutoff. Mold is marked on right side with "31PKT". Casts one round and one conical ball. CONDITION: mold shows extensive wear and handling marks, turning gray and patina. / No.6: 36 caliber. Steel double-cavity mold with cutoff. Cutoff is marked "COLT'S PATENT". Mold is marked on right side "36". Casts one conical bullet and one round ball. CONDITION: mold has extensive wear with oxidation and pitting. / No.7: 28 caliber. Steel double-cavity with cutoff. Replacement cutoff screw. Casts one conical and one round ball. CONDITION: mold has wear, dents and handling marks while retaining traces of original blue. / No.8: 31 caliber. Steel double-cavity marked only on right side "31". Casts one round and one conical bullet. CONDITION: mold is turning gray and patina w/ wear and handling marks. / No.9: 31 caliber. Steel double-cavity unmarked mold. Casts one round ball and one conical bullet. CONDITION: mold in the white, turning gray and patina. / No.10: 31 caliber. Steel double-cavity. Casts two round balls. CONDITION: mold has turned overall patina with oxidation and light pitting. / No.11: 44 caliber. Brass single-cavity bullet mold. One piece, base pour. Steel cutoff. Mold is marked only on left side with "H". Hardwood handle. CONDITION: brass parts have turned a pleasing worn patina. Steel cutoff has turned patina with oxidation. Handle has wear and small handling marks. / No.12: One brass percussion cap tin. Tin marked on cover "100 / HICKS / CAPS / GD". (02-25906/RW). NON-GUN. $800-1,300.
