^Lot 2551 RUGER No. 3 CUSTOM 28.30.120 STEVENS FALLING BLOCK

TARGET RIFLE. Cal. 28.30.120 Stevens. S# 130-54155. Bbl. 27 3/4" heavy taper, 11 degree target crown, .838" muzzle diameter plus Unertl style base with globe front sight; left side of receiver fitted with target base and Lyman 90 MJT target sight. Mfg. 1975 (1973-1986); presently has standard buttstock with Celcon carbine buttplate and added detachable sling swivel base (none at front). Replacement forend similar to No. 1-B profile (no checkering). Unusual caliber from an era where Stevens had the accurate calibers. CONDITION: very good appearance overall with handling marks on buttstock and satin appearance to forend. Barrel finish and bore are both near excellent. Receiver sides have some very slight handling marks. Numerous trigger shoe marks only on right side of trigger. Inside of Lyman sight filed for clearance on another application.
