Left side of the bbl. is marked with the model and cal. designations, with Colt's mfg. and patent information marked across the top. Left side of the frame is marked with the Rampant Colt logo. Butt is stamped "L. P. D.", indicating Lebanon, PA police issue. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Hammer has been reblued at one time. Bbl. and trigger have possibly been reblued. Frame is mounted with 2-piece Colt silver medallion checkered wood grips. Half-moon blade front sight with frame notched rear sight. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Certificate of Authenticity from Ancestry Guns. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their blue finishes, showing some light edge wear, scattered spots/areas of light surface oxidation, as well as some spots of hardened grease. Very bright bore, exhibiting some light pitting with a few scattered spots of mild pitting towards the muzzle, while retaining strong rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics.
