PISTOL. Cal. 22 LR. S# 021107S. Bbl. 6". Third Series Woodsman semi-automatic pistol mfg. by Colt in 1970. Left side of the bbl. is marked with Colt's single line address, with the Rampant Colt logo above "WOODSMAN" marked on the left side of the frame at the chamber area. Left side of the slide is marked "COLT", followed by the cal. designation. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood thumbrest grips and features a heel mag. release. Pinned ramped blade front sight and adj. square notch rear sight. MAGS: 1 10-rd. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, showing light edge wear and some mild wear on the edges of the muzzle. Bottom right corner of rear grip strap shows an area of wear fading to gray patina. Mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Grips show some finish wear, as well as some scattered marks and minor impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sound. (25-5205/MLW). CURIO. $900-1,500.
