Blued Colt Government frame made 1976 plus Kart Conversion Unit (S#1240) having grooved raised rib with Patridge style front sight and Elliason style adjustable rear sight. Frontstrap of frame and rounded straight mainspring housing have neat rows of fine chiseled points for a secure grip. Serrated faced magazine release and thumb safety; 1911-A1 style grip safety. Medium aluminum trigger with serrated face and overtravel stop. Aftermarket matte stainless appearing hammer with checkered spur. Skip line checkered walnut grips with dark background and light colored diamonds; slotted grip screws. MAGS: 1 good Kart Conversion Unit 10 rd. with push button base (missing spot of finish) and polished steel follower. Front curve of upper half of body is polished to in the white. CONDITION: good plus overall with thinning of finish due to hand wear and functioning (including grip screws). Near excellent bore and grips. Especially nice target trigger pull. After applying thumb safety and attempting to use trigger, the hammer will fall when safety is disengaged; this safety issue should be addressed before use. (25-3294/NW). MODERN. $700-1,000.
