Blued Colt Government frame made 1972 plus Kart Conversion Unit (S#0462) having grooved raised rib with Patridge style front sight and Elliason style adjustable rear sight. Frontstrap of frame and rounded straight mainspring housing have neat rows of chiseled points for a secure grip. Serrated faced magazine release and thumb safety; 1911-A1 style grip safety. Short aluminum trigger fitted with Ace style trigger shoe having overtravel stop. Fully checkered walnut grips with slotted grip screws. MAGS: 1 good (some peppery oxidation) early Colt Conversion Unit of 10 rds. with pinned base and aluminum follower. CONDITION: good plus overall with thinning of finish due to hand wear and functioning (including grip screws). Light hand wear to left grip, near excellent right grip and bore.
