Cal. 45 ACP. S# C184539 on "Government Model" marked frame. Bbl 5". Added Wilson Combat 3-dot sights. Checkered trigger. Aftermarket full nickel finish. Included letter states the custom grips were crafted by Floyd Silvia in the 1980s from sterling silver and gold. Grips have floral scroll engraving surrounded by gold rope borders with floral highlights in upper and lower corners. Center portion has a deputy badge marked "Larry Demanche Montgomery Co." over initials "LD". Floorplate of magazine has similar badge and "LD" marking with floral engraving. Approx. 4,813 National Match pre-WWII models were mfg. 1932-1941 in the 1911A1 Commercial sequence. S# range was C162997-C200288. MAGS: 1 - 7rd. Also included is a pin-on badge and L. Demanche name plate. CONDITION: over 70% custom nickel finish showing wear spots and handling marks. Trigger has set screw marks from removed trigger shoe.
