GOVERNMENT MODEL SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL WITH FACTORY LETTER. Cal. 45 ACP. S# C154727. Bbl. 5". Exceptionally rare, one of only approx. 140 factory engraved examples produced prior to WWII. Semi-circular front sight with fixed U-notch rear sight. Slide and frame have highlights of foliate scroll hand engraving with wavy line borders around markings on both sides of the slide. 2-piece smooth white grips with silver Rampant Colt medallions.
