SHOTGUN. Cal. 20 Ga. 2-3/4". S# 241910. The 26" barrels are unmarked on matted rib. Barrel flats are stamped with Parker proofs, S#, weight, Remington date marks and for IC and Mod chokes. Lump is stamped for frame size "0". Gauge and grade info are on left side. Case hardened action with Ilion marks on watertable features automatic safety and double triggers. Action is engraved in late "D" style with 80% coverage scroll surrounding dogs on sides; setter on left, pointer on right. "PARKER" is on bottom of action. Three pheasant are on trigger plate. S# is on trigger guard tang. Round knob pistol grip buttstock made of somewhat fiddle figured American walnut measures 14-5/8" over skeleton steel buttplate. Stock features usual Parker style drop points, multi-point grip checkering and a silver oval on toeline engraved "H.S.T.Jr". Matching splinter ejector forend has usual Parker release. Stocks retain most of their original finish worn through on high edges and with many marks. Checkering considerably worn. Bores are bright and shiny without any noted problems. Action is tight.
