Cal. 410, 3". S# 101374. Bbl is 26" with after market Simmons round post donut base vent rib with steel bead. Modified choke. Unsigned engraving is similar to a factory style No. 1. Engraving consists of wedges of vine type foliate scroll with punch dot backgrounds and gold borders surrounding oval vignettes. Right side scene depicts a gold inlaid setter, left scene shows two gold inlaid flying pheasants. Left side of triggerguard is stamped "1 X". Custom aftermarket beavertail forearm and straight grip stock of fancy European walnut have standard skeet pattern and checkering. LOP: 13 15/16" to a Winchester buttplate. Mfg in 1953. CONDITION: over 80% reblued finish showing areas of rust on bbl, mag tube and forearm cap. Wood has a good satin finish showing small handling marks. Sound mechanics, good bright bore. (25-1353/DS).
