DON TITUS. Cal. 22 LR. S# T55057. Bbls. 24" being Redman (per consignor) liners sleeved into original .410 bores. Created from a 410 Springfield double barrel shotgun with the addition of a front sight base having dovetailed brass bead along with a grooved quarter rib. Dovetailed windage adjustable rear sight having brass vertical sighting bar and additionally fitted with Hensoldt Diatal 4X42 scope having German 3 post reticle; pointed top on vertical post. Lever release rings for its rail mounting having windage adjustment at rear; elevation is by scope turret adjustment. Matching numbers on water table of action, barrel assembly plus forend and its attachment iron. Standard configuration of Model 311 with tang safety and double triggers. Left barrel appears laser engraved with ".22 LR DT18" (18 may represent 2018 date). No results found with internet search for Don Titus. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: SportLock luggage case allowing secure carrying of rifle when taken down; has area for scope as well. Leather like appearance with fur looking lining and metal corners; like new with case keys and scope lens caps. CONDITION: very good overall appearance with refinished stock set. Slight thinning of bluing on barrels and light marks on receiver to include pin prick marks retaining action pins. Light to medium marks on exterior of scope along with thinning finish.
