Lot 1682 WWII GERMAN ARTILLERY DRESS TUNIC FOR A SERGEANT

MAJOR. A deep sage green tunic with a dark green collar piped in red with silver tape bullion borders for a Sergeant Major of the Wehrmacht Artillery. Collar tabs are silver bullion on a red field. The shoulder boards are dark green with silver tape bullion borders and a single pip. Fine silver bullion breast eagle on dark green and plated pebbled finish buttons Red piping down the front, on the sleeve cuffs, and at the tail. The cuffs are also trimmed in red with silver tape bullion. The interior appears to be lined in green rayon and the sleeves are lined in striped off white rayon. There is a tag inside near the collar that reads " UNIFORMEN G. Lisousky INSTERBURG Goringstr. 15 ". CONDITION: tunic shows light wear with very slight moth damage. The interior also shows light wear. (02-24890/BF). NON-GUN. $700-1,000.
