^Lot 1680 WWII GERMAN WEHRMACHT CAVALRY CAPTAIN'S TUNIC.

A deep sage green tunic with a dark green collar for a Captain of the 5th Cavalry. Collar tabs are heavy silver bullion on a yellow field and the correct shoulder boards are silver bullion with 2 gold pips and a gold "5" all on a yellow field. Fine silver bullion breast eagle and aluminum pebbled finish buttons with yellow piping down the front. The interior appears to be lined in patterned green rayon and the sleeves are line in striped off white cotton. The inside of the interior pocket has a tag that reads " C. H. Busch, Hoflieferant No. 126.3.37 Durcht Prinz zu Salm-Horstman POTSDAM ". CONDITION: tunic shows light wear with no notable moth damage. There are a few small stains and a small tear in the lining.
