Lot 1679 WWII GERMAN WEHRMACHT SIGNALS OFFICER CANDIDATE
TUNIC.A deep sage green tunic with a dark green collar piped in yellow with silver tape on yellow collar tabs. The shoulder straps are enlisted bordered in yellow with an embroidered Germanic "S" and a silver bullion tape at the end. The front of the tunic, cuffs, and tails are also piped in yellow. The cuff flashes are also yellow with bullion silver tape. There are 8 pebbled finish buttons down the front with the same buttons on the cuffs and tails. The right breast has a bullion eagle, the left sleeve has a corporal chevron for more than 6 years of service, and the right sleeve has a specialty patch for a radio operator. The lining is gray/green rayon and the sleeves are lined in cotton. A tag on the outer edge of the interior pocket reads " TUCH-u. UNIFORMEN-VERTRIEB G. M. B. H. KOLN ". CONDITION: tunic shows very light overall. The interior also shows light wear with minor staining to the upper sleeve lining. (02-24905/BF). NON-GUN. $600-900.
