^Lot 1663 WWII GERMAN LUFTWAFFE M42 SINGLE DECAL HELMET.

A fine example of a WWII German single decal M1942 Luftwaffe helmet with a dark gray painted finish and a Luftwaffe eagle decal on the left side. The inside rear is stamped " I66 2788 " and the left side has no stamping visible. Brown leather 9 tongue liner with a black leather chinstrap. CONDITION: helmet has 80% finish remaining and the decal is about 75% complete. Liner and chinstrap are solid but dry. (02-24872/BF). NON-GUN. $600-900.
