DAGGER BY EICKHORN. A superior example of a rare and desirable WWII German Bahnschutz or Railway dagger by Eickhorn measuring 16" overall with a 10 1/4" plain blade marked on the reverse " ORIGINAL (logo) Eickhorn SOLINGEN ". Silver plated winged railway engine wheel crossguard with a rounded silver plated mobile party symbol. Black spiraled grip with correctly tied railway knot attached. Silvered scabbard with correct suspension rings. CONDITION: blade shows slight scabbard wear. Hilt shows very light wear. Scabbard has a few very light dings. A truly exceptional example.
