^Lot 1606 WWII GERMAN RED CROSS LEADERS DAGGER.

A nice example of a WWII German Red Cross leader's dagger measuring 15 3/8" overall. Plain blade with a unmarked ricasso and the pad is intact. Plated hilt with the Red Cross insignia on the front of the cross guard. Half melon shaped pommel and light orange grip. Plated scabbard with intgral hanging loops. CONDITION: blade has nearly complete original factory polish. Hilt shows light wear with minor bubbling of the finish. Grip is undamaged. Scabbard also shows light wear with the slightest bubbling of the finish. (02-24975/BF). NON-GUN. $700-1,000.
