^Lot 1604 WWII GERMAN RAD LEADERS DAGGER BY LUNESCHLOSS.

A beautiful WWII German RAD leader's dagger with an overall length 15 3/4". Blade is etched "Arbeit adelt". The blade is marked near the hilt " P. D. LUNESCHLOSS SOLINGEN (logo) ". Silver plated crossguard, ferrule, side straps, & eagle head pommel. The crossguard is adorned with a well rendered RAD insignia. 2-Piece off white grip secured by 1 screw. Scabbard is completely plated in silver. CONDITION: blade shows primarily scabbard wear. Hilt shows light wear with a small tight horizontal crack in the grip. Scabbard is undamaged with slight bubbling to the finish. (02-24948/BF). NON-GUN. $1,500-2,500.
