^Lot 1587 LOT OF 6 U.S. M4, M5A1, & M7 BAYONETS.

Lot of 6 U.S. M4, M5A1, and M7 bayonets, including: 1) U.S. M4 bayonet mfg. by Kinfolks Inc. Top of the crossguard is marked "U.S. M4/ (FLAMING ORDNANCE BOMB) K.I.". Matte black finished blade with parkerized guard and pommel. 2-piece checkered black synthetic grip scales. Complete with U.S. M8 green synthetic and canvas scabbard. Scabbard has been painted at one time. CONDITION: excellent, with light edge wear and some striations on blade from scabbard. OD canvas hanger shows overall wear. 2) U.S. M4 bayonet mfg. by Kinfolks Inc. Top of the crossguard is marked "U.S. M4/ (FLAMING ORDNANCE BOMB) K.I.". Metal components exhibit a parkerized finish overall. 2-piece checkered black synthetic grip scales. Scabbard is absent. CONDITION: good, with light edge wear and superficial handling marks. Left side of blade exhibits scattered spots of light surface oxidation and pitting. 3) U.S. M5A1 bayonet produced by an unknown mfg. Top of the crossguard is marked "US M5A1", with no mfg. marking. Left side of blade is engraved "07189-S". Metal components exhibit a parkerized finish overall. 2-piece checkered black plastic grip scales with blued steel latching lever. Complete with West German U.S. M8A1 scabbard. CONDITION: very good to excellent, with light edge wear. 4) U.S. M7 bayonet mfg. by Ontario. Top of the crossguard is marked "U.S. M7/ ONTARIO". Metal components exhibit a parkerized finish. 2-piece checkered black synthetic grip scales. Complete with black synthetic M10 scabbard. CONDITION: very good, with light scabbard wear. 5) U.S. M7 bayonet mfg. by General Cutlery Corporation. Top of the crossguard is marked "U.S. M7/ GEN CUT". Metal components exhibit a parkerized finish. 1-piece checkered black synthetic grip scales. Complete with black synthetic M10 scabbard. CONDITION: blade shows scattered scratches and spots of oxidation, but otherwise retains the majority of its original finish. 6) Sealed U.S. M7 bayonet. Mfg. cannot be confirmed. Metal components exhibit a parkerized finish overall. 2-piece checkered black synthetic grip scales. Complete with black synthetic M10 scabbard.
