RIFLE. Cal. 7.7 Jap. S# 1521. Bbl. 25 1/2". Blade front sight with protective ears. Ladder aperture rear sight graduated to 1500m with AA wings. All parts are correctly numbered matching either to receiver or by assembly number. Receiver top has ground mum with Type 2 marking. Left side of receiver has Nagoya symbol & serial number. Blued finish. The lower joint screw is missing. Asian hardwood stock set with left side sling swivels. Cleaning rod present. CONDITION: sanded stock set shows a few chips, a 1 1/2" zigzag crack on bottom of forend , scattered dings & handling marks. Metal has a dull gray appearance from touch up blue with scattered traces of original blue, light pitting, edge wear & oxidation. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Very good bright bore.
