SNIPER RIFLE. Cal. 7.62x54R. S# GK8103. Bbl. 29" with Century import marking. Post front sight with hood. Tangent rear sight graduated to 2000m. Rifle is configured as a PU sniper rifle with original factory 357 PU scope that has a 1964 refurb marking & what appears to be an original unnumbered mount. Scope has post reticle & green tinted cloudy optics. Bbl. lacks a scope number & maybe post service assembled. All matching numbers with some arsenal force matched parts. Bbl. shank has Izhevsk markings with 1944 date. Left side of receiver has importer added serial number. Arsenal rework blue finish. Hardwood stock set with faint Izhevsk roundel on right side of butt & wartime sling slots. Handguard & forend have a notably darker appearance than rest of stock. Cleaning rod present. CONDITION: stock set has arsenal rework finish with a couple light chips, scattered flaking & handling marks. Metal retains 95% arsenal rework blue with some edge wear & light handling marks.
