Cal. 577 Snider. NSN. Bbl. 30 1/2". Blade front sight. Ladder rear sight. Graduated to 1000yds. Top of action has "III" marking. Lock has "BSA 1872 marking". Rear of lock has crown "VR" marking. Reblued finish. Hardwood stock set with bottom mounted sling swivels & leather sling. Ramrod present that maybe later. Right side of butt has Birmingham roundel over "1". UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: British P1860 bayonet with leather scabbard. Both scabbard & bayonet are numbered "8.117". Black rubber checkered handles show heavy wear. Metal parts of bayonet show overall fading to gray with scattered oxidation & dings. Scabbard shows overall age wear. CONDITION: stock has a cleaned appearance with some dings, staining, scratches & handling marks. Metal retains 60% reblue with overall moderate oxidation, some pitting & handling marks.
